      <description>Often, when people are faced with the need to lift a heavy or bulky object they simply “dig right in” to get it done!  Well, that is “risky” behavior for the lower back! Prior to any strenuous lifting people should:&lt;br/&gt;	1.	    Gently stretch major muscle groups&lt;br/&gt;	2.	    Place feet shoulder-width apart&lt;br/&gt;	3.	    Bend at the knees&lt;br/&gt;	4.	    Establish a “protective” lower back curve&lt;br/&gt;	5.	    Grasp the object keeping it close to your body&lt;br/&gt;	6.	    lift slowly using the legs!</description>
